What are your opening hours?

Sunday to Friday: 9:30am – 7pm
Saturdays: 9am – 6pm

What if I need to change or cancel my appointment?

We have a 24hr cancellation/change policy. A 50% charge will apply to any changes that occur within this time.

No shows are charged the full price of the treatment.

What if I’m running late?

To get the best experience out of the Dome Retreat, we recommend you arrive 15mins before your treatment. As courtesy to all of our guests, we complete all treatments at their original end time.

Can I use the pool and spa facilities?

Yes. As a guest of the Dome Retreat you may use the spa, sauna and pool facilities of the Marriott Hotel.

What should I wear to my treatment?

Wear comfortable clothing, as you will be provided with a robe and slippers for your time at the spa.

I’m pregnant, what treatments are safe for me?

We have a series of treatments that are suitable for pregnant guests. Please call the Dome Retreat to discuss a safe and relaxing treatment with a member of staff.

Do you do group bookings?

We can customise your bookings to your group. We can arrange for luxurious treatments, delicious high tea and even spa gifts as a memory of the occasion. Please contact the Dome Retreat for more information.

What products do you use?

We use Pevonia Botanica. It is an elite spa line that offers a harmonious balance of precious resources. It combines the purest botanical and marine elements to deliver visible results.

It is organic and does not test of animals.
